Future of Human Resource

People have evolved from being viewed as inanimate objects to be acquired, used, and discarded according to need in the workplace to being viewed as complex operatives who work on the basis of multiple contributing factors like their motivation, health, compensation, and safety, and to a somewhat harmonic relationship where people are no longer viewed as simply producing units.

As a result, human resources can be derived from this, since human resources are no longer bundled with raw materials and other dead resources in an organization. It is a term that speaks volumes about human resources' importance in any organization. It speaks volumes of the importance of their proper administration to create an effective management process.

At present, HR is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, maintaining payroll and benefits of employees, maintaining employer-employee relations, but more than that, HR is really about ensuring that the employee grows individually in the Organization. We can expect growth in this human resource area in the future.

A recent piece about workplace changes was published in the highly regarded magazine of Human resource. It discussed how workers' needs for input from their employers and a sense of kindship with their superiors were developed. This is the upcoming generation of people that will be in the spotlight in terms of human resources. A responsible manager must learn to create genuine connections with his internal (human) resources and support the development of the personnel employed, in addition to learning to analyze and plot according to the external environment of any organization.

A future employee, or a member of the next generation of employees, expects that in exchange for doing their best and behaving in an increasingly effective manner to contribute to the success of the company, the company will reciprocate by supporting their personal and financial growth through higher pay and benefits.

The human resource sector will be significantly impacted by the 4th Industrial Revolution's effects, including AI, NLP, and machine learning-based operations, much like all other industries. Because analytics, like any other mathematics research, will get easier and cheaper as computing power increases. Therefore, analytical aspects of human behavior will become simpler. This would imply that any financially responsible employer would prefer to arm himself with these technological advantages than depending on irregular and unpredictable employee behavior. This is simply because calculable risk is preferred to dumb chance. The human resources industry has a bright future ahead of it, one that will be exciting and influential in and of itself, despite the fact that trying to anticipate the future and what it might bring is largely meaningless.
